For lasting, healthy hair we recommend the following:
• Use a satin scarf and/or bonnet every night.
• Avoid wearing individual styles in tight "ponytails" too often.
•Its recommended that you give your hair (edges) a break after you wear a weave or braids or styles that requires tension.
• Braids, Locs or twists should be taken down after 8 weeks (some earlier depending on client retention and hairstyle received).
Styles can be worn longer if client books a touch-up between style every 1 to 1.5 months.

How long should I wear my individual braids?

It's recommended that braids be worn 6 to 8 weeks.

It's recommended that crochets be worn 4 to 6 weeks.

How do I take care of my braids?

Use a satin or silk scarf to tie your hair up at night. Add moisturizers and oils as needed.

How do I take care of my crochet?

Use a bonnet to put over your crochets and add oil as needed

Should I wash my hair before I get my hair braided?

Yes, your hair should be clean before braiding.

  • HAIR IS PROVIDED (except crochet styles )for colors 1, 1b, 2, 4, 30, 27,613, & other special colors upon request. (If we don’t have the color, your style will be discounted). See color chart in gallery Images to see the colors associated with listed numbers.
    Please note that mixing more than two different colors will be an additional charge. 
  • STYLES DO NOT INCLUDE WASH & BLOWDRY.
    (Please come ready to be braided. Detangled and stretched. Blow-drying is optional except for cornrow styles.) 
  • PLEASE SPECIFY COLOR & LENGTH & ANY ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT APPOINTMENTS IN NOTES AT TIME OF BOOKING (not via messaging or text after booking PLEASE).
  • Please use street parking.
    DO NOT PARK WHERE IT SAYS “NO PARKING.”
  • Cancellation Policy - client will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.
